It took way to long to get the springs I ordered and were supposed to he installed on my kings but they are finally installed. Truck drives great and preload is looking good, drivers side is just over 1 1/4" and passenger is just under 1 1/4". Trucks finally sitting and driving like I expected when I ordered these kings.:dancingbacon::jellydance::kona::headbang::101010::taco::yay::woot:

Wish i could be there for the food, and company.
I have the 18.5” wsm, and can comfortably fit a 12-13lb packer. Bigger ones, i put an aluminum can or pan under them in the middle during the early stages, then take it out as the brisket shrinks down. You should have room on the 22 for Briskets.

I don’t shop GNC but I don’t agree with that statement. They carry some top end products. You can get them cheaper many places though. The mass gainers are meant to add a boost in calories in order to put on some extra weight.

The first video on YouTube that reviews the use of mass gainers ends in the guy saying his kidneys were obliterated

Yes and there are thousands more where people had no issues. You also have to factor in did he have issues before, did he use it right, did he use it too long all these factors.

So you’re basing your opinion on a youtube video, and one guy.

Search for google scholar, and then search for peer reviewed papers on their use.

Even my doctor advised against mass gainers so that’s the real reason I don’t do those. I trust a licensed physician over a YouTuber any day

Almost every “supplement” sold is garbage. They put so much other shit in there. if you look at “professional” lifters (true natty type, not the ones who juice) I can guarantee none of them use any of the products they “endorse” My girlfriend is in the exercise/physio therapy industry and works with doctors and nutritionists and they’ll all tel you the same thing. Almost everything GNC sells is garbage. 100% whey protein is good. Casein protein. Creatine, etc. but when you buy those pre packaged things, you’re wasting money. I buy from bulk supplements, a bag of creatine and a bag of beta alanine for my pre workout. You can add caffeine to that mix for the tingles if you want. Everything GNC is marketing

    Excellent beefcake 4000 image though

That makes sense then. Youtube is good for some things, medical advice isn’t one of those.

My doctor said 1 whey protein shake per meal but I reduced protein shakes to breakfast and dinner only. I work out in the afternoons for an hour or two depending on how crowded the gym is

Your body can only process/digest so much protein at a given time, which is why they said that I’m assuming. All these gnc products want you to use like 6 scoops of their powder when your body can only process maybe half that amount. Use more so you buy more

I reduced to 2 shakes per day because my brother also said my kidneys would be affected from so much protein. He’s a nurse so I trust him with medical advice as well
