    well shit maybe I’m wrong. I could’ve swore that’s the whole point in removing driveshaft when towing these behind a motor home

    It will turn from the viscous oil on a cold day, sort of like a torque converter in an AT. Once oil warms up, the shaft will stop spinning. At least in the 2nd gens they do. I recorded my front drive shaft a few years back in my 2nd gen and it spun at first, but Stoppednafter a few miles. Not sure about the 3rd gen since I don’t think we have ADD in the front?

    I locked mine in on straight aways running around 40 as much as i could. Then the first time you lock in offroad i took it easy for a bit.

    Wrap a zip tie around your your front shaft, I used to do this to my Jeep buddies to fuck with them.

    Thanks, but I got the ok from the boss to buy front and rear CBI bumpers. I’m just waiting for this job transition to be over, then I’ll order them.

    That’s also why it’s my least favorite place. Also because I hate leading; and I almost flipped last time.
