    From 7:45am to about 10am I had 4 waffles,2 cups of coffee, 2 glasses of water. Lunch I made a turkey sandwich with cheese and had 2 more glasses of water. I have had 4 glasses of water since. I’m starting to get hungry again.... I’m sure I’ll eat 2 more times from now till midnight.

    A few years back when I was training, I would eat roughly 8-10k cal a day. Now....less than half due to stopping. I miss food

    Only two eggs? I usually start out with 3 or 4 along with two hand fulls of bacon or 4 to 6 sausage patties.( depends on what I have)
    I drink a minimum of 50 to 60oz a day even if I’m not doing much. If it’s hot out and I’m outside I can drink a gallon in a day pretty easy.

    I also use some strawberry kiwi flavored stuff that I add to the water sometimes.
