Hell. If the barn gets fixed up like we plan. The upstairs will be a guest house.

That is a nice looking bus! Notice how it has three ac units up top? You're absolutely going to need all 3 of those running

Biggest issues with bus conversions are all the windows.. even if you build walls and insulate, if you keep those windows you're gunna sweat balls in the summer and freeze balls in the winter. Some things can mitigate it like mirror tint facing out and black out curtains on the inside but in my experience (4 different types of vans, 2 trucks, and a VW beetle) the best thing to convert is a windowless panel van.

The double plus side of that style is normal people usually think you're a creep and steer clear and drug addicts usually see your bed and clothes in the back and leave you alone .. maybe cause they think you're one of them

That's a great point about the windows. I also noticed it had the 3 AC units already and loved that aspect:D. I think I need to look into more of what you're saying about the windows, I'm really glad you mentioned it, wouldn't want to hit the road and then have that be a big regret for not giving it enough thought

Oh we repainted everything so far. The roof was a nasty tan color and the walls were uneven uglier brown tan color. Did the roof white and the walls pink per gfs preference. I gave her the idea of doing the socket covers and the ac vents as a rose gold
