i bought my tent back in 2013 and paid $850 shipped during a 30% off group buy. so i was happy with what i got for it and i also at the time put a new cover and straps on the thing before selling it.

i just dont understand why people get so pissed about what someone is trying to sell something for. they are either going to get what they are asking for or they wont. especially people that arent actually going to buy the damn thing just want to comment. like GTFO. you are just deriding someone's post for no reason. i get tryin to ask if they seller will take something lower, but dont get pissed when they said no.

one guy offered $500 for my RTT and i was like nope not even worth dealing with that

Im honestly surprised how much RTT's cost from Tepiu and CVT these days. Makes me glad I bought mine back around when you did (pretty sure it a Shasta Extended?)

back then they had a couple different models. the Mt Bachelor back then is todays Mt. shasta. so originally i bought a new cover for a Mt. bachelor since thats what i had originally bought. well it didnt come close to fitting so had to send back and get a mt shasta since thats what current fits it. i asked them what the deal was and they said at some point they streamlined their models or something

"Streamlined" by adding more models and options :) I seem to remember it was pretty much one model for a two person with no overhang, one model for 2 person with overhang, one bigger model with the same back when I bought mine.

Think there was something smaller than the mt bachelor that was just a 2 person tent. This is now the current mt bachelor. The old mt bachelor was a 2+ person tent and not sure If u could get it with or without the overhang. If you couldn’t, then the overhangs was the mt Shasta.

it was a weird way and now is a little more easier to figure out.

i bought mine in 2015, seems like prices have increased a lot since then. I’m in need of a larger tent now and I’ve been heavily considering a 23zero

What is special about 23zero? Just pricing? (I just quickly glanced at their site). I do like their awning offering. Like a trifold set up

The price and the light suppression technology that they have is the biggest advantage

hardshelps are the way to go if you can make the width work for you, i bought an Ayer (roughly the same width as a hardshelp RTT) because it was the smallest and lightest available. Now with a kid it’s impossible to fit 3 people comfortably in. I really like to looks of 23zero walkabout 72

@PNW/TRD Steve went and picked up some new pla filament today. Man that shit is hard to find in stores. Holy shit, with just changing filament alone from that crap they sent with the printer, made night and day difference. Looking good now! Excellent adhesion on the first layer and smushed down nice for a uniform print. I'll see what it's like after I release it from the print bed, but no problems and haven't had to reach for the super glue yet.

    Are floor mats a mod?
not Gallagher, but just did Teanaway ridge and red top and they were snow free. Red top is higher than Gallagher I think

Are you multiplying by .2 for your tire size? You probably are getting another 2.4 mpgs
