I have no idea which way to go first. My taco is a 2010 DCLB in Silver Streak Mica 4x4. Starting small and going from there...

-Grille swap for one with raptor type lights (paint match the surround of course)
-Plasti-dip all chrome badging in black

Truck is bone stock except for an extremely loud Aero Turbine 2525 muffler. That's on the chopping block as well at some point. I'm open to suggestions to what isnt loud as all hell on the freeway but still has a decent note to it (yes, I know that V6 engines will sound like shit regardless....they arent V8s by no means).

Picked these up for $150. They are going on this coming weekend and I clean them up a little bit. Grille is going on order on the next paycheck...

First piece of this build or whatever this is gonna turn into to...

Just swapped wheels over today. Discount Tire cleaned up all the old stick on weight residue, mounted, and balanced them for $100.
On another note, this forum is gonna make me go broke with all the ideas I'm gettin from you guys. The wife is definitely gonna kill me by the time I'm done with this truck...

Thanks! I'm getting beat up about doing a bathroom reno in our condo...I hate redoing plumbing but if it keeps me out of the dog box....I suppose I have to.

Welcome op, nice truck and wheels but I am a little biased on the wheels. Get a nice headlight cleaning kit and make them look new again.

They are almost beyond salvaging at this point. I never got the notice about the TSB for the burnt lens issue and at some point during a service visit, some years ago, the dealership "completed" the TSB, whatever that is supposed to mean. Not really worth fighting at this point. They are cracked on the main lens in about 4-5 spots on each one and the DTRL lens on both is literally melted and dark brown. I'm gonna be in the market for new headlight assemblies in the near future.

I've looked at the Borla and I did have a Gibson exhaust when I was much younger on a 99 Ford Ranger that I had at the time. I'm gonna talk to the folks at JBA exhaust too. They are actually about 3 miles south of where I work here in San Diego. I'm not a fan of Flowmaster. Decisions decisions...

not sure what your had on the ranger but the Superflow is what the catback comes with. I came from a welded in Flowmaster 40 so i was looking to have the drone removed.
