    I haven’t checked in in a while but I have a question.

Does anybody think I will have any issues hauling 24 -12’ foot pieces of pressure treated decking in my 6 foot bed of my taco? It’s not a weight concern . with the 2 feet Of the tailgate the lumber won’t stick out too far off the back of the bed. I’m just not interested in a $65 shipment fee when I have a truck

Leave the tailgate up and put a cushion on the cab and strap them down.
I’ve transported a 40’ extension ladder like that.
    How far ya going

I did 12 footers through my rear window in my short bed double cab a few months ago. I live in small town, wouldn’t have wanted to take it on the highway.

You’ll be fine, although with a 6’ bed, i’d keep the tailgate down and that way the wood is supported 8 of the 12’. If you’re really worried, rent a Uhaul flat bed trailer or the Home Depot truck for $20. The whole load should only weigh 600 lbs or so (maybe a little more if it’s big box store lumber because that shit is usually soaking wet)

I live 2 miles away so it shouldn’t be too bad. All ideas are helpful. Thanks

Okay so all the inquiries about that is for him then I’m guessing. Thanks for catching me up to speed on your vehicles:D

Started the damp proofing today, got like 3/4 of the house done before I had to stop for some Meetings this morning. Will finish tomorrow.

My wife is itching for the bronco and out of the 4Runner. She loves it but really is liking the Bronco. I’m trying to force her to wait a minimum of 6 months but hopefully a full model year until buying. I don’t trust 1st year anything.

If we could rock something that small I'd love to check one out. I agree with letting others test it for a year.

Are they gonna be smaller than the 4 runner? We really like the size of it and I thought it would be close

I think the rear cargo will end up being less. Haven't seen hard numbers yet though
