    Welp to beat the heat the wife and I took a long drive. Loaded up a cooler, drove up the lake shore, came back on backroads, very relaxing.

    Didn't get as hot as they were saying. Was cloudy most of the day. Still humid.
    Replaced headlight bulbs today. Saw that one was out coming home last night.

    Whenever I have a bee/wasp problem I wait till after dark. I make sure I have a clear escape route. Good luck:fingerscrossed:

    I made a pork shoulder in the Instapot. Made up a rub for it before putting in the Instapot. Made sauce with mustard, ketchup, brown sugar, garlic and apple cider vinegar. Put it all on bun and topped with a onion ring.

    How hot is it here? The dogs will not stay out on the deck with me more than a few minutes. They may be smarter than I am...

    Heat index is somewhere around 100°. It is too hot but cools down tomorrow.

    I replaced a bulb during the winter and thanks for the reminder to replace the other Dan. Still works but not near as bright as the one I replaced. Was too cold then to mess with it.
