First tire rotation since I got the new rubber. Swept out the bed and washed the windows. Nothing big. Just staying busy.

Installed the Dashtop Multi Mount from The Taco Garage @FreshMexicanTaco Took about an hour & really stoked on it! Super low profile & WAY more sturdy than the window suction phone holder I had been using9BFE9800-B56A-484D-9E21-E0D269AD756F.jpg 28DECCD1-05F1-4078-AF57-A51DC8E036D6.jpg 2AB5DD3F-A9E4-4D88-8C61-9ABAC7A4701B.jpg

Spent the afternoon installing 80mill sound deadening mat to the interiors of the doors, rear wall, and roof. Then put 150mill closed cell on the outer shell of the door, then on top of the 80 mill on the rear wall and roof. Did a tap test on the first door done vs a door that hadn't been started. Deadened door gave off a solid thunk, non deadened sounds so like an empty trash can. Roof sounds the same now too. Also gave me a chance to re-pack my behind the rear seats gear. Whoever signed off on the design to remove practically every plastic piece in the cabin to remove the head liner deserves to be dragged into the street and beat. Doors only took a couple hours total to do it was the roof that took double the time.

For those wondering I bought three 18sqft boxes of the 80mill and used 2.5-2.75 total. And I used all of a single box of 36sqft 150mill and could have probably used 3-5 more sheets to complete the back wall and part of the floor behind the rear seats.

Non Tacoma related but excited none-the-less.

Just got this for the Mrs...eventually I will take it over and keep the Taco as my toy.

Thanks, this thing is on a different level. The V8 and solid build quality is second to none.

Got a present in the mail today for my truck, so no time wasted in getting it installed. Not sure if it is just my imagination or not, but I would swear that it feels just a hair smoother just swapping out the paper filter for this.

Great job! Will tackle this someday, seems very tedious but I'm sure it's worth it
