No fun giving someone the business when they're having a problem and trying to resolve it.........
But once that problem has been resolved.....

I’ve removed my center console several times but always kept the leather boot of the parking brake attached but inside out. You then can easily detach the leather boot from the center console. There’s a metal ring around the base of the leather that snaps into the console.

Reinstalled the front coil overs that were rebuilt by @desertjunkie760 due to cracked and leaking hoses. Got the new design of hoses, brackets and hardware. If you are in the San Diego area, I’d recommend him.

I would really like to do this. I am concerned about the TSS sensor though.

I got them off the Facebook market for $175 which is a great deal. People usually sell them for 500+

I’m the same way.. I know people have done it and results have been fine overall.
I wish someone would make a vinyl overlay that is just to cover the chrome portions leaving most of the TSS exposed

Installed my OEM bed lights. For how small they are, they throw a good bit of light.

Thankfully someone does, hit up @rrentrop. He has the full range of colors, below in MGM. I’ve had no issues with the sensor.

I can only speak to the trifold that came on mine that was only on the truck for ~18mo but never had a problem with leaking from the cover. That said, I stuck plugs in the two drain holes at the front of the bed since I was seeing a fair amount of water entering from them. At some point I'll put a seal on the tailgate.

I debadged the truck! A couple of notes for anyone looking to do this:
    1) It is not easy. Removing the badges is easy, removing the glue/rubber is a lot of work (at least it was for me).
    2) I found that goo gone and WD40 work well AFTER you have gotten the initial thick rubbery chunks off
    3) For the rubbery chunks, I found the best tool was texturized gardening gloves. it allowed me to get a good grip on the rubber and push/peel it off
    4) Wear the gloves the whole time. I jacked my fingers up pretty good in the first 20 minutes or so
    5) Be careful in direct sunlight. I thought it would help being 86 outside, but it didnt soften the glue up much at all
If you have other questions feel free to ask. I am glad I did it, just didnt realize how difficult it would be

    debadge_rear.jpg

Does anyone have any ideas on how to buff out the scratches to the clear coat on the rear? you can still slightly see where the badges were. I tried polishing but it didn't work too well.
