Thanks @Cold Iron! Hell, I’ve gotten more compliments on your no-boil smoked mac and cheese than I can count. Let me get that full pasta salad recipe for you and I’ll post it.

It’s hot, 93F with high humidity earlier today. Spent the day switching out a hot water heater in the brother-in-laws attic. 93F felt cool after that.

That’s a good looking spread on the kettle, can’t wait to have that much grilling area.

    Cheers on that next beer:

Well nuts. Looks like I’m buying another grill :anonymous:

I really want one for work so this will do nicely.

Went to cook a pork butt and that odor when I opened the bag... :cookiemonster:

Turns out that butt was from the nethers of the deep freeze. It had a July 2018 code on it

Had a brisket wet aging so I guess I'm doing a brisket tonight!

I let it sit in vinegar and salt for a couple days. A little steel wool and it cleans right up!

The bottom bowl was a pain. Pressure washer, wooden spatula and elbow grease got it pretty good

    00100lrPORTRAIT_00100_BURST20200719111845775_COVER.jpg

It was really thick before. Like years of never cleaning... This should be good enough to sell
