My truck still has a (small) muffler

I guess I am "deaf" to the issue because there are 5-6 Harley and the soymaro across the street. As a gearhead it has never bothered me save for the times when the soymaro is revving his car at 10pm but that has only been once or twice

 

Wont pull but keeps spinning. Bout to throw it back together and burn the fuck out of it im so annoyed
