Did you set those Icon leafs on #2? By any chance are you planning on airbags? Because airbags will commonly lift the truck an additional 1 inch in the rear. Also, the front coils will settle over time. :notsure:

Get time to go offroading this weekend. This truck ate up some serious trails with no issues.

Well this weekend was a beast of a weekend, had a bit of a project backlog that I needed to work through, but got most of it done. Next is replacing the grille with something a little more old school feeling.

    Installed:
    SSO Slimline Stage 2
    Diode Dynamics Fogs
    Custom Headlights
    Rigid Stealth 20" light bar
    Meso Mirror Signals
CBI Front, Mid, and LCA skids and sliders

I also designed and printed a steering wheel logo that will get rid of that hideous chrome as well as adding the old toyota logo to it. I dig it.

Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
After the painting debacle of yesterday, I needed a win. Eased into it by installing a Hitch Safe that's been sitting on my passenger seat for a couple of weeks:

    upload_2020-7-19_18-32-56.jpg

The thing seems to be built pretty tough. The drawer is understandably tiny, though. A few keys, a credit card, and some cash is all you're going to get in there. One thing I'm not crazy about is that there is only one version of the rubber cover (seen on the bumper). You see that rubber cover, you know that vehicle has a Hitch Safe (not that you're going to get into it).

So after I warmed up, I went after replacing the grill. I think it looks better in person than it does in this photo (might be the angle):

Yes, they were installed on #2 and no chance on airbags. I would like to see the front drop a inch to a inch and a half.

Never taken any measurements. When the truck is parked a level ground and a level is placed on the running board, it shows the front end is higher then the rear. still thinking of given at least 1 to a inch 1/2 of rake.

FWIW, for stock trucks, we typically see 20.5" front and 22" rear from center of hub to bottom of fender flare.
