Spent the day swapping my TC UCA uniballs and bushings. What a PITA. Seriously, fucking Wisconsin winters and the endless salt. I’m so glad we’re moving back to NM this fall.

My 2005 Tacoma. Been a great vehicle to own. Just installed a new stereo receiver since the factory receiver had a mind of
It’s own. She does need paint though!

Well, well, well, look what I found out.
A service campaign was issued/started May 28, 2020 for certain Tacomas to inspect, repair, replace for FREE the secondary air pump assembly. I didn't get a notice, did anyone?
I already made my appointment and will post a photo of newly installed factory filter. This should be posted so it can benefit other members. Create or login to Toyota Owners to discover if your vehicle is involved.

I have that one and I'd recommend it. Easy installation.

I only have a shot of it with both of them in. I was trying to keep my subs in the footwells but I just couldn't get it like I wanted it. Quite a bit of locked storage. Not done with the molle sound deadener yet and I'm waiting for some new straps to really lock the subs down for offroad.IMG_0845.jpg

Nice set up! Really digging that molle panel. I see you didn't remove the passenger seat belts? By choice? I've been trying to figure out a easy way to remove them, but I'm afraid to mess around those curtain airbags up top

I pulled the drivers side belt and it was a pain in the ass so I've been putting it off for the passenger side. I've contemplated just cutting it off.

Lol I figured it would be a pain in the ass. Did you have to take the side panel completely off? I noticed the bolt up top under the flush covering and wondered if that's the only one. Not counting the yellow clips.

I'm going to take a crack at it tomorrow since I have everything else apart.

Sorry, I don't remember the specifics... evidently it was so traumatic that I blocked it out. It was just a lot more involved than I expected, not that difficult. I just remember having to take off a lot more plastic than I expected.

Do it! You wont be disappointed. You'll need to do the CMC, and fender cut, in the front.
