Yeah I think the second gen WRX are similar to first gen taco’s in that people really love’em and they hold their value.

I've had some nice cars/bikes and short of an exotic no one cares except other car guys.

The running joke is if I was gay I would have my pick.

You want attention from women, get a dog. I get more attention walking my dog at night than I ever did driving a nice car.

I’ve always wanted an e36 M3 or an older 911. Also they aren’t super fast or really have that “wow” factor but Miata’s are pretty fun to drive! At least for a bit.

Stupid COVID cuts nixed my plasma table buy this year. Finally got it approved after 3 years and they cut it after it was ordered, paid for and ready to ship. Made me look like an ass to the company I was dealing with....

Just curious why have a FJC, 2 4Runners, and a Tacoma? FJC and older 4Runner are basically the exact same car
Same with the Tacoma and new 4Runner

The Tacoma is my fun ride. The rest are mostly business - We got the UberXL thing going on. Just now selling the well-used and ubiquitous 2005 Grand Caravan. We just got the 2013 Honda Pilot Touring, and our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica is in the shop again with a mystery vape leak issue. (We recently had its plugs replaced after only 177k miles.)

Within bounds of reason. Obviously some things one will have to compromise or give in on.

That said, I get away with more than my share of monkeyshines especially for a married man.

    I have a Toyota problem ;)
The FJC and the 4th runner are different when your 4runner has a v8 and is all wheel drive.

I’ve had to stop myself from buying multiple.. just could never justify a regular cab Tacoma, double cab, and 4runners... maybe someday..

I can get from Bend to Newport/Depoe Bay & back on less than 9.6 gal of gas. I fish, in/on the ocean/ a LOT95121107_10157658170413303_5283708289828257792_n.jpg

So far I really like the crosstrek.

    Edit to add

A social distance drive i did with a friend months ago. I didn't want to drive through that puddle so we took a detour.

    Also add
A bear we saw a couple weeks ago.

Been trying to simplify and sell off most of my “extra” vehicles. I’m nearly there. The bikes are about to get traded in for a new WaveRunner and the Miata is currently for sale.
@Hold The Gauc I’ve had probably north of 100 vehicles and the most fun and impractical, by far (and under $20k) was my 2007 BMW M Roadster.

    Current fleet:
    '91 Nissan Figaro
    '02 Mazda Miata SE Titanium
    '92 BMW 735i
    '13 Hyundai Elantra
    '77 Corvette
    '69 Camaro SS
    '19 Honda CB300R
    '16 Yamaha FJ-09

Just an 04 Lexus ES330 for the wife. I would get a Honda S2000, but only if I don't get a car payment for it
