I like arguing with friends lol.

I don't go out of my way to find some random person to tell they're wrong.

I guess it really depends on how long you think it will be before you inherit Amy's T4R? I would sell them both and buy something you want to drive without spending time and money to upgrade the old T4R. When Amy is ready for a new one, but sell her old one. You never know what the market will be doing by then.

probably 2 years? we would like to get into a new house next year, which would provide a garage to park in, so we would then look at a new T4R.

Yeah, I would definitely sell now and just buy something else then. Someone will want your 4runner for their highschool kid. That kid will want to put their own suspension under it anyway.

Not sure how FB comments work, but if someone that was looking to buy it sees that you pointed out it wasn't a TRD Pro so it's not worth that much money, it might help them out. It will will all come out at the bank when they run the vin to try and get a loan for the truck.

you can't "comment" on a marketplace ad. just message them. so it's not "public" comments.

If all you want to do is get to campsites and carry your mountain bike then why wouldn't you just get a 2wd and save the gas on your daily commute? When was the last time you needed 4wd to get to a camp site? And it's not like it snows around here to use it during winter to get to work.

I was just asking like what the end goal was? As I told Justin, it's just private messaging you can't "comment". I'd participate if you could inform the public it wasn't a Pro, but all you're getting is a PM of an idiot calling you an idiot haha

I was just joking, and cracking on 2wd's

I've just never personally owned a 2wd. The gas savings of 1-2mpg never made much sense to me to not get 4wd.

Because maybe just maybe they really didn't know that it wasn't a pro and that i could help them out. But looks like they were trying to scam someone so i left the convo. But it doesn't matter so never mind.

What kind of box did you get? I’m going to give my current UWS to my son and pick me up a new Cam Locker one.

I've had that box since day one of owning truck. It is a UWS. I had to pull it out to put wood in cause I'm a dumb dumb and didn't think accordingly.

Also it took me like 3 weeks just to get theses pickets because of wood shortages due to rona life
