Monday was going good until I had to deal with my project team from hell. Now I just want to throw back some bourbon to get through the day.

 

No Likes Bill .Damn Sorry.

 

Had plenty of those days. Had some days where if I wasn’t a director I would have gone to have a liquid lunch because of the BS.

 

If I wasn’t trying to be good and get back in shape and workout after work is done, I’d have had a pour of something lol. Perks of work from home

 

Brisket and pork mac n cheese for lunch

Nice! What flavor pellets did you use on the brisket? I forgot to ask last night when you posted pics.

 

I’m less concerned about the calories and more concerned about the ability to lift heavy weights and not die later on

 

I used the pit boss completion blend. I believe it’s maple, hickory, apple

brisket was seasoned with unicorn and the butt was SPG stuffed with 5 garlic cloves

 

I hear ya. Always good not to drop them on yourself.
