Lean due to misfires or insufficient fueling. How many miles on it again?

EDIT: HOLD UP, did you say 35K???

That's your problem right there. You NEVER wait over 30K with these plugs.

Yes as I have learned, but other than that one I would say the rest were not in horrible shape. Definitely done though.

Unless you have what I indicated above and can prove it without a reason of a doubt, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

It almost appears as if you are running too rich on your bank 2 side in comparison to bank 1.

I think with Justin’s tune I am dialed in now. i will monitor the rutheums and see how they do. Those plugs that came out were ran on the trd tune, then on the dyno to ovtune, and now the justdsm tune. So they have been through hell lol, I was able to get a video of removing the plugs for those who wanted one so I should have that up soon.

The Rutheniums do have a larger burn area so they should do better, I still wouldn't leave them in for 30K miles though.

That plug was dropped hence the bent iridium tip. But other than that the spark plugs look great for 35K. Means you had a good tune for them to spark

Nice I wasn’t sure they had them for the 2nd gen. Curious to see how you like them.

They aren't for 2nd gen supposedly, but they fit and they work according to a few 2nd genners who have bought them. Time will tell if there is a gain to be had.

Nice! I was curious if the 3rd gen ones would work on our trucks or not.

The hardware store would be my very first go to place for a dowel pin. ACE usually has all that stuff.

If that plug was dropped the electrode would be bent, not the tip, unless he threw it sideways as he was trying to get it out of the packaging and it just happened to ever so randomly hit the corner of a table on a Tuesday night after a fight with his wife over paying taxes.

Actually this was probably the culprit. I’m sure @Murphinator purchased that one as was and didn’t catch it?

Whoa! That's nuts! It was the first image on the website too. Hahaha. I wonder if it somehow got damaged during shipment. Usually you only ever see the electrodes get bent out since it is most exposed. Anything is possible it appears like.

Awaiting your impressions after some drive time.

so far it seems smoother at idle and lower rpms while accelerating. moderately.

That link has a video. And shows how it happens. But It’s from people not knowing how to gap the Iridium plugs appropriately.
