Changed out my bed cover to the new bakflip F1 due to hail damage on my old E-Series, It fits really tight and no water in the bed after testing at the automatic car wash twice :>. Bakflip has no quality control what so ever I had to clean metal burrs out of the rails and shave the clamps down to slide in with ease other wise i was going to have to bang on them to make adjustments during installation. the instructions said to use the weather stripping at the bulkhead but man that made the cover stick up an inch so I threw that in the trash and just laid the cover on the bulkhead and it fit like a glove. Also the weather stripping on the outside of the rails were all jacked up and I had to pull that crap off and put in the correct position before i could install the rails! makes me start to think this cover was made in China. NO QUALITY INSPECTION at all just mill and through in the box...Sooo after 2 hours working on the burrs and fixing the weather stripping here is the out come.

Absolutely hot as ballz today up here in Maine.. Just had to go locate and mark out a section of the pipeline and after a half hour am totally drenched in sweat and my feeties are soaked. So now i'm walking around the office in my socks because I do what I want... Not sexy.

Camped this weekend in southern Indiana and it was a frickin' rainforest. Oppressive heat and humidity...and me in a tent. Not the best time I've ever had camping.
