@Blue92 Figured you’re the right person to ask for this. I’m building an electrical box with panel meters for my AC/DC converter. I’m buying this old GE DC 0-100 amp Meter, but it doesn’t have the shunt. I can’t find the mV rating the meter needs. eBay has shunts in 25, 50, 75, or 100mA. Any idea how to find out the rating it needs?

Only downside to it is the feral hogs. They got some nasty parasite going on and you can't eat them.

Them fuckers are bad here and getting worse. What sucks is when you do come across a group on them you just have to light them up and leave them.

@davidstacoma may have an idea. He helped me with a similar question a while back. Cool meter though, looks way better than the chinese ones I bought a while back.

    Was it an ebay find?

Yes, eBay find. I have a matching vDC meter too. But I haven’t bought it yet because I want to make sure I can even find a shunt for it. All the Chinese ones use 100mA shunts. I found another GE amp meter but it’s a lot older, that one has a 50mA shunt. Different style though.

Also do you have an idea why that vDC meter is double sided? I don’t get why it needs two ranges.
