@Empty_Lord, do I have my thinking correct on how the ADD system works here?

I was thinking about how the ADD axle works and I now kind of feel like what RST is saying about requiring to use on for the swap is BS. The reason is that the ADD disconnect is on the passenger side, which means that the driver side, even in 2wd, would still be turning. This is how the setup was with my 1st gen Taco as well. So the front driveshaft will still be turning all the time, even with the t-case in 2wd mode. I think the FJ with auto trans has the same front ADD axle as the Tacoma as well.

I used my Milwaukee cordless Sawzall today to cut up a storm door I removed from a rental unit I maintain that thing is more than powerful enough for anything I've used it for
Not the fuel one, just the poor man regular one bought it used for 50 bucks, came with a battery too...... That doesn't hold much charge
