If you're really feeling like that then you should utilize your employer's EAP program and seek some help ... Depression is no joke.. chemical imbalances in the brain can be compensated for with medication but other things can be solved just by talking with a trained professional.. sometimes it takes a combination of the two.. some times it takes more.. but most importantly.. there's NOTHING to be ashamed of in seeking assistance.

Most employer's EAP programs have an 800 number for you to call.. it's totally anonymous and the person who answers the phone is a trained counselor. They will talk with you as much as you need but they will also recommend up to 3 local counselors in your local area that you can see personally (COVID 19 pending of course) and usually the first 3 visits are free then it kicks over to your health insurance. Whether it's depression PTSD or whatever else.. you owe it to yourself and your friends and family and those that care for you to seek help in dealing with whatever darkness is blinding you right now. I speak from experience and not just to Jenn but to you ALL ... if you need help.. it's only a phone call away.

Thanks for your concern, that's very sweet. Unfortunately, I know more about depression than most. I was with a bipolar, manic depressive man most of my life. Went through my own crap through those years as well. I've never gotten bad enough that id hurt myself or anyone else or can't function. Sometimes, I wanna shut people out. I get down once n awhile but always get back up. Most of it is I'm tired of the way people are nowadays, whining and complaining and being a downright ass to each other over stupid shit. I don't wanna see all of this online and deal with it at work so yeah, some days I don't wanna deal with it.
After working retail 25ish years and the last relationship I was in and all my kids bs they have put me through, it has made it hard for me at times but I'm overall a happy person. I just go through tough spots... again thank you, I'm all good. ❤

You know you the best.. and as I said.. my message was for all.. even those lurking ... and if it helps one single person get back on track then my mission is complete. I learned a long time ago.. I can't save everyone.. not my patients.. not all the people of the world.. but if a simple message can turn someone's life around then that's what I am here for. All ya'll be safe out there and do what you gotta do for you!

I highly doubt that! This is one of the most active threads on TW... Either people are getting ready for bed or they haven't woken up yet!

Right now I just have some quick hand drawn measurement sketches and those transferred into my design program.

The hand rail I can take a pick tomorrow after I put the next coat of poly on. :)

Ya it’s cool to see what people do. Here the shower is tiny and the kitchen is small. So we want to lay everything out better. I won’t be moving any load bearing walls just opening the main one up a little more.

Going to recess the fridge into another wall to gain that space for a pantry and build a smaller eat at island.

Bathroom I’m making a larger walk in shower, moving the sink, moving the washer and dryer to another wall and stacking them. Probably going to switch all the plumbing to PEX while I’m messing with it.
