No laser washes here in this little town, nearest one is 10 miles away but worth the 10 minute drive especially during the winter months. The undercarriage wash with rust inhibiters is a Godsend here in the Northeast and it's nice if you want to keep your Tacoma looking sharp when being lazy. :D

At $18 a pop it's a little pricey but considering the amount of money invested I consider it money well spent.
    $18 is the whole enchilada.
    Undercarriage wash
    Double soak
    Double rinse
    Hot wax
    Sealant
    Air Dry

In and out in 5 minutes and looking good.

That said nothing beats a good hand wash and wax but it sure is a lot easier and much more convenient especially when there just don't seem to be enough hours in a day anymore

Damn I can't wait for retirement!

Pardon my ignorance (have I said that before?) but what is a laser wash?

I think it's just a brand, like Kum&Go or Conoco for gas stations.

I have USAA and have no deductible for auto glass. Deductible for the other stuff, but not the glass, so I would definitely check on that.

I guess coverage is like insurance rates and depends on where your vehicle is garaged.
I guess in my town a cow pattie or bear scat isn't considered a hazard.:D

A laser wash is an automated touchless high pressure wash. The Lazer tells you when to stop your vehicle so the automated arms don't hit your vehicle. You move forward and it tells you where to stop and put in park before the wash starts. It'll prompt you forward, forward and once you break the plane of the Lazer tells you to stop. If you go too far it'll tell you back, back.
    Pretty ingenious.
    Hope that explains it.

    @Rottencotton
Go to YouTube and search "Brushless 360 Plus High Pressure Lazer Wash."
That should explain it visually much better than I did.
They (at least the one I go to) do a pretty good job.
They are not all equal and a lot depends on how it's been programmed. If you go to one and its not that good try a different one. Some do a great job, some do not.

I'd love to move to Steamboat Springs and put one in.........I'd make a friggin' fortune!

You'd need a fortune to live in Steamboat Springs.

I wish I still had the encyclopedias we bought at the grocery store. I bet it would be there.

Installed WeatherTech in channel wind deflectors on my SR Access cab. Like some posts I’ve read the drivers side window was contacting the deflector at the rear facing end (didn’t stop window from going all the way up though) , but after leaving the window up in the hot sun for a day all is well now. Pricey after shipping and taxes, but worth it to me so I can leave the windows down an eighth to a quarter inch to keep the sun from baking the cab and not worry about a little sudden rain shower. I also like to leave the window down a bit sometimes while driving in the rain.

Update: noticed that the drivers side window was still slightly rubbing against the rear facing end of my deflector as window is raised today, looked over WeatherTech instructions and they say to pull out on the deflectors (picture shows pulling from bottom of deflectors). I pulled out at the rear facing end and with a slight pop sound (rubber seal seating I think) the deflector moved outward a little at that area. Now no contact at all, works as well as the passenger side. Lesson learned, read instructions carefully o_O
