I'm consistently getting a popping/knocking sound coming from somewhere on my front end when I come off small ledges. Hitting bumps (potholes, speed bumps, washboard, etc) I don't get the noise. It's only at slower speeds dropping off a small ledge. Any idea what might be causing this?

On the front end, I have the following:
    • Full steel front bumper
    • Winch
    • OME BP-51 Suspension
    • JBA UCA's
I can provide any information, photos, possibly video if required. I have tried standing on the rock sliders and shaking the whole truck without any noises.

I have a loud popping noise when going over speed bumps at low speeds as well. It happens once then it doesnt happen again for a while. Been doing that since new, my ranger did that as well. My trucks suspension is stock.

Curious to know what the heck is making such a loud clunk/popping noise. Body mounts? :notsure:

When you have the alignment done. Make sure bolts are all torqued to spec. Also make sure you torqued the uca and other suspension components when it's on the ground, not on the lift or jack stands.

I did do everything on the lift and probably over torqued. But will check all bolts again. Thanks!

No complaints but this popping sound. The leaf packs that come with it are kind of noisy too.

They should be loosened and then torqued back. The uca is most likely the culprit though
