Agreed - without any physical property changing ownership, it will be an interesting legal question of what exactly was "taken" and used for public good?

 

The argument would have to be for the right to use the space. It would be a new argument, but it's actually already pending in some cases after a Google search. It's no more of a stretch (in my opinion) than Roe v. Wade and the 4th Amendment. The right against unreasonable search and seizures has nothing to do with abortion (again, my opinion), but that argument worked.

I realize the crypto thing isn't for everyone, but I put $1k into it about 9 months back (?), using Gemini Exchange. I figure, they've got a relationship with JPM, it was created by a Google-ite.. and if you're playing along, take a gander at what Wyoming is doing. This was money I wrote off.

My LTC was up 80%ish, I sold, rebought, and am now back down to my $1k roughly, however, hold 24.8 coins. Powder at the ready.

The AT high is in the $360 range.
Watching paper ccy's now closely, especially the Yen carry..
Also note.. Euro is heading into massive resistance.
Will be interesting to watch USD vs Euro, and PM prices interact, as well as Yuan/AUD..
Commodities.. watch for strength here.
We've yet to have the deflationary spike that I know is out there..

Anyway.. read up on the battle Wyoming is bringing to the table..

I usually just shake my head as the day’s gains disappear.

 

I might add a little O, I have an odd number of shares.

 

I have 64 shares and am down 9% on them. I need to bump those numbers up.

 

I only have 53, see if I can scratch up the dough for 17 more. Or 27. Better see what else I have on the list to add to

 

I don't know if you own CVX or XOM, but they carried the day for me. Still down of course since I started buying in 2018 or so.

 

Yep, and added a good bit during this downturn, have been a little concerned it was a poor decision to add to. Just hoping it turns around quick enough it doesn’t do real damage to future dividends. Do you happen to own WPC? I don’t, but keeps popping up in my research for other stocks, sounds like they have done better than most at collecting rent and div should be safe.

 

I don't have WPC, and just checked to see if it was in SPHD and it's not. I hear about it all the time when doing research, it's probably a good buy.

 

Suppose I’ll have to dig into it. Probably not until Friday though. Can’t burn all my cash, who knows what could happen

Weird stuff going on with some other things..
Bought some NBEV on a dip and it never came back...
SNAP down after hours but not a lot. Nothing substantial...basically a zero reaction to earnings.
And I knew I should have purchased STZ calls yesterday...they closed trending down but they are still several dollars up...
