Hey guys, I have a question concerning Toyota dealerships near HoCo/Baltimore County. Which dealership do you guys recommend for trucks still under warranty? Also, my truck's "Check Engine" light came on this weekend and I ended up taking it to Brown's to get serviced. They are claiming that the fuel was contaminated, or E85 which caused the engine light to come on and give me an engine/transmission/fuel error message. I'd like to think I wouldn't sabotage my own truck and place E85 in it, mind you it only has 3,500 miles and I've owned it for less than three months. They are claiming it is user error or fuel contamination from the gas station, Royal Farms. Because of that, they are not covering the repairs. I'm currently in middle of an insurance claim.... Any advice would be great or ways to move forward with this.

I got the bug last year, when we camped in Davis, WV off the trail to Blackwater Falls. A buddy has a modded 17 Taco and another has 4-runner. We did some fire roads out there. I also later rode shotgun with some Jeeps and Tacos on the Black Diamonds at Rousch. And was shocked at what we did. Something to eventually aspire too.

Also any tips on decent noob trails near New Market, VA. My mom just moved there so I'd have a base camp.

I have yet to go to an “organized” Tacoma event.

 

Try a “lobster roll” there should be open stall vendors or food trucks. Try a “lobster pie” if restaurants are open.

 

Antwerpen in Clarksville. 3 out of 5 stars. Gets my acceptable rating. Expensive for what you get. Damming with faint praise. YMMV.

 

My TW cabin meets are always a great time. I'm hoping that the virus let's up so I can plan a meet this Fall.

 

Did you put the Royal Farms Regular 88 in it? That is E15. I'm not sure how it will affect a new Tacoma, but in the boating world everyone is all up in arms about it. Lots of new boats have a NO E15 sticker on them as it will void the warranty on the engine.

 

Anybody know a good used tire shop in the crofton/odenton/bowie area? just looking to snag a full size spare after I went up to 235/75r15 (5 lug struggles), don't feel like paying full price for a brand new tire im not likley to ever need
