I thought it was a peak of 40 at 4k rpms on premium fuel?

If you attempt to "Read" OVTunes flash I believe it fails where the stock tune will actually read. That might be an easy indicator of success *BUT* 04B04 is highly recommended as a "base" so flash it if you can and get the related 2/0 tune of your choice loaded while you are all connected! You will also get much improvement all around after a few hundred miles. You really can't judge these until after that. Good luck!

I actually already flashed twice, just to make sure. Said successful both times. Guess I need to give it some time.

Sorry you're right, it was a peak difference of 61ft lbs and a peak difference of 47whp. That's still huge...
The peak gain is 17whp. Just pulled all these numbers from the 1.05 development thread 1st page.

It's funny you say that, I was just going to ask about the "read" button. I tried that button thinking that I could verify 2.0 was flashed. It failed every time. With that info, I'm guessing the flash probably worked.
Soooo... I need 04 and 2.0 obviously haha.

    That should do it. :D

Hopefully, you hit Reset on the butt dyno also.

The one thing to realize is that you only have 2.0 Base files now. I believe ATs will get a Performance and a Tow tune along with other options in the Final release.

Does anyone have an error popping up when they start the New version of VF tuner, even though it is still starting up fine?

I get it too. Takes quite awhile for the first screen of vF tuner to come up. Been the same since the first iteration of the program

I don't get any error, but yes, vF takes forever to come up. Usually somewhere around 5-10mins. Like you said, its done that since it first launched.

I'd wondered if it's just because my tuning laptop is nothing special, not anything super fast and whatnot, so it's good to see it's not just me

It does take awhile to open.

I uninstalled and did the new install now since it removed everything uninstalling for the new version. I get a internal server error trying to download my BIN file from the credit serverC5D00926-B4BC-4CA9-B3D7-558DE77D94C2.jpg

    It's not your laptop,
    Are you using Windows 10?

We are working on a new version that makes it load much much faster, under 10 seconds

Yea this seems to be just a Windows 10 problem. So we are making a big update to the internal framework.

Will this fix the ‘master key has exceeded installation count’ issue? Worked great until I had to get a new laptop. I know you guys are working on this issue. TIA.

What a coincidence. I just loaded a different tune and was going to post here and see if anyone else's was taking so long to open. Good deal Mat, thanks.

Same here but it doesn't really matter. Can't do anything without Tune Paks and VFT will probably update 3 - 4 more times before Tune Paks for AT are released.:notsure: :sadviolin:

Would love to see the ability to COMPLETELY turn off all traction controls without reactivating at 20 MPH or whatever it is. Cutting engine power while trying to get through snow, sand, etc is a day wrecker. Fancy ass truck can’t even get through everyday obstacles without making things more difficult than they should be. At least we can turn off traction control at slow speeds, but speed and power are needed at the same time in certain conditions. Would be cool if this nannie stuff could be turned off while in motion too. Any decant driver can see this kind of obstacle coming. Having to stop makes it that much more difficult.
