Thank you! It doesn't sound horribly exciting to me, but it's important I learn the fundamentals. I will check them out!

My Jeep coworker literally JUST pissed me off a few minutes ago. He saw my 265/75 16s that got delivered and told me I could have bought 15" steelies and 33" for less than that. I told him I didn't think so, and that it would rub. He insisted he was right and said to chop off whatever is rubbing. I replied that it can rub on the cab mount and I don't want to deal with that yet. He still said spacers would fix it. His Jeep doesn't even run half the time

So weird. Honestly, drive a Tacoma. Drive a Jeep. Drive a Range. Live your life and have fun. Don't worry what I am driving or what I am doing or not doing to my truck. You could also just give him this:

I started exploring state parks about 2 years ago. While NYS doesn't have off roading you can travel up and down State Forests. Be careful with the rangers. They fly on those state roads lol

    Here's some.of my favorites.

Same! Where are you? I'm in North Salem

Thanks so much! Are these more like rough dirt road , or off road trails like obstacles and stuff?

I was at Mt. Pisgah in april (I've got a cabin like 15 minutes away) and noticed that the back part of the trail, was open-ish. It's usually blocked by branches and underbrush, but it looks like it was cleared recently. Does it go much further or is it a dead end?

There's a turnaround point and then you come up to some hiking trails.

Yep! that spot! it comes to a point where you cant go any further, with 2 hiking trails up the mountain more. The turnaround had another part that was blocked from going further, but it was recently opened up!

Hey folks, I will be heading up to lake George from pa this weekend. Are there any recommendations for light wheeling to a camping spot for Saturday night?
