Have you noticed a difference in cab temperature as well? Warm in the winter cooler in the summer etc...

Well my truck is white so that itself helps with the heat. I did add a reflective insulation on the roof as well to also help against the heat.

Dobinson’s coils and shocks. SOS sliders, ditch light brackets, and front skid. Rigid ditch lights. BFG KO(dos) More minor stuff.
Just a starting point. Leftovers go to doors next. Hoping for incremental improvement.

Doors are where you will notice it the most. If you live in the north stick your hand next to the door latch while driving down the highway you will feel a cold draft. Reflective insulation on the other surfaces helps the best since they are not double walled like the doors will be when they are insulated. Also being thin metal reflective helps the best.

I have yet to test my AC/Heat for real since doing mine last week.

All racks will have issues with powder coating up here. I guarantee it. The issue isn’t the powder coating itself. The slats of my rack are fine. Scratched from me dragging metal shit up on the roof rack but not peeling. It’s the steel nuts and bolts and the steel brackets. Steel doesn’t stand a chance up here period. There a numerous good racks these days (front runner prinsu uptop) they will all show signs if decay in the salt belt.

When I bought these kings lightly used they had 700x14" coils on it. They rode a bit stiff so eventually, like over a year later, I finally swapped for 650x14" coils. Then I did all this front end work and shaved off another 40 pounds, so I swapped to 600x14" today. Man, it rides like a dream. Just need to check my alignment and good to go. I have 6 threads of preload passenger side and 8 threads driver side. The bed is empty in this pic so once I add a couple hundred pounds of my spare, co2, tools, camping gear, etc. it should level out a little.

A lot of people get hung up on 700x14" being the way to go if you have any sort of weight but that's absolutely not the case. I would only recommend it to someone with 300+ pounds on the front end (combining bumper+winch+front skid).
