lol, it's not that bad. It's just not a common way to do it. Best to do early in morning when your fluids are cold. Also don't torque to spec like says on guide, I'm sure I overtightened my drain plug and need a new pan. Just tight till snug as bug in a rug.

He was local on Sunday, lol.

I have researched further as I want to do it. It is better, but he doesn't sell the whole kit anymore. You buy the OVTune + the OVTune Kit. Then you have to order the Connector Sensor from an oversees vendor as OVTune does not use that part of the Supply Chain Anymore. There are a bunch of muddled threads on what, how, and when to install what which has kept me from doing it especially now.

I mainly just don't want $600 worth of stuff sitting around that I don't intend to use more than once. Although maybe I should wait until they get the locker thing figured out, whatever is missing there.

That's why you have @Shellshock tune you for less than $600

I would deffinitely take it to firestone over doing a driveway alignment. Especially if you have the lifetime, just make sure you keep them honest on camber and caster adjustments. Maybe hang out and watch the tech too. A good Taco alignment should take a cool minute to do correctly and the caster should be re measured before the paperwork is printed. I think that a bad alignment on an alignment rack is still better than a driveway alignment. By the way, I'm new to the Northland, just moved here from california.

I would never try and alignment in the driveway.... That just sounds like asking for trouble! I have done them at a dealership before and that is certainly one thing I will never try.

    Welcome to KC!
