Looks worse than mine did although mine was t-boned. Depends on the adjuster.

    GuessingTotaled!

Doesn't take much to total a unibody!
    You're probably looking at a $25k check.

Painted the chrome grill trim/emblem, and chrome rear bumper caps. I may end up just buying painted parts because I am a perfectionist and there are a few tiny flaws. Also, I guess Rusto-leum Peel Coat (which is what I used) is only supposed to last 6 months? I didn't realize this till after I used it instead of Plasti Dip. Next up? I def need black wheels and bigger tires

A lifelong friend of mine (retired Marine) swears by them. Says his pop (also retired Marine) believes in them so much he has them on his Harley. Never has hit a deer.

In the last year I have hit 2 and almost clipped 2 others that I had to white knuckle and test the ABS on.

That last one was $4,500 in damages.

I'll give the $10 whistlers a shot.

Unless something falls on the car between washing and drying. Put a nice light scratch in my old 370Z using a squeegee.

Bought a Master Blaster. Best car care investment I ever made.

I've used them before although not on my present Tacoma and never hit a deer. Do they really work? I can't say. In theory they should but who knows. For the minimal cost I guess it's worth a try. The one thing I know is game animals are unpredictable when it comes to motor vehicles. I just slow down in areas that I know are frequented by deer. Driving through the Poconos at night would be a real good example of that. It can be pretty hairy!

    I agree with you.

I live in the middle of what is considered to be one of the best white tail hunting areas in the south east US. Folks seriously travel from all over the world to come hunt here. I'm from Tennessee and I thought the big bucks were thick there, but down here big deer are almost a nuisance. I've never seen anything like it.

Most of the year it's dark when I go to work and dark when I come home.....so I may be fighting a losing battle.

I got mine last month and have taken it out twice so far. I love mine. That light suppression tech is amazing! It's like a damn cave in there.

Great job, these look great on your truck.

:argue:I want to add these to my 2020 Off-Road, but I’m concerned about removing the odd shaped factory hook on the passenger side of the vehicle. Question-is it gonna weaken anything when you remove the two long bolts that holds the OEM hook in place, since those don’t get re-used?
