Yeah I'm that douche that leaves stuff on repeat for days/weeks until I get sick of it and then on to find the next binge

Been using that site for a few years, used to be entirely free but they switched to where you gotta pay now to access the full page of information about any given trail. Not a bad deal though, I don't use it as much as I used to. Oddly they'll have info on some really obscure trails over here in CA but zero info at all on some of the most popular ones.

 

I signed up, $25/year for the GPX files and waypoint info is worth it to my sanity

Cool! It's a good map of trails that are not too far away. Though, I did notice a number of popular FR trails on the AR/MO border that aren't listed. Last weekend my kid showed me some of the local trails that are fun. It will be better to chart out a route using the tool.

I need to get something to use for displaying the GPX files. More to learn about.

 

on android I use GPX Viewer which isn't super great if you are offline and the google maps underlay doesn't load but the track file is still accurate. Others use Gaia GPS
