I used to think of it differently. For a long time I thought of sous vide as a tool for people who don’t know how to cook a steak.
I worked at a high end steak house for about 3 years and learned to cook steaks so well I could look at a steak and it would tell me it’s temperature.
    Around 150 steaks a night, 6 days a week for a solid 18 months=64,800 steaks. That’s a lot of steaks.
But I’ve lost a lot of that ability and I find cooking steaks to be super stressful. Sous vide makes it easy and not stressful.

I personally shipped two yesterday. I have a tree that was hit with lightning that should make a single log for the first cut. Its going to be a project to load. I just hope it saves out when its cut.

If you can remember take a picture. I’d like to see that.

There were a few single log loads I saw around here after the rim fire. I’m sure there were more. Not a lot of that anymore unless it’s fire related.

More flying antics in the back yard. I live on the edge of Leona Canyon. Great view spot.

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

They're adjustable. Once I get it all back together, put the new coil overs on, set them to where I want them, and match the back where I want it. I'll cut the excess shackle off. They are at the "lowest" setting now, so there's 3 or 4 inches hanging down below the leaf spring.

You can see it better in this photo.

But they are WAY beefier than OEM (1/4 inch plate)

Well, 24hrs post. My throat hurts from the tube and my shoulders are killing me from where they strapped me down... But otherwise... I'm alive.

Once again we have a video with no beginning. All is speculation. There a good guys, and bad guys. Everywhere. Could he be a SEAL? Sure. I know some great guys who are SEALs. And I've met some real assholes that are SEALs. He wasn't screaming, or swearing. The one issue I had was in the comments section. Some joker said SEALs have more class, must have been a SWCC. What a dick. lol But don't know why they are calling this guy a Karen. He felt he got shitty service, and was insulted by an employee. He made his point, and left.
