    Federal law requires all employers to provide minimum PPE for their employees. The vending machine provides inventory management and lets the company save money on inventory carrying costs and having to pay someone to manage the inventory and do the ordering.     Yes, it's for the employees in a factory setting. Can be installed in practically any industry. We have one in the local hospital and there are 100+ Fastenal machines on the Ohio State University campus. Even prisons
