For some reason this reminds me of "Sea Monkeys", purchased the tiny sea monkey aquarium, sea monkey toys and so fourth, only to have a small baggie of dried shrimp delivered in the mail.

 

Oh man, haha. I saw an ad for those when I was a kid in the back of a Boy's Life Magazine and saved up my allowance for weeks so I could buy them. If I remember right it was $19.95 to get a full "kit" that included a little tank. I eventually got the rest of the money I needed for it by beating my grandfather at a ping pong game that he probably let me win on purpose.

Anyway yeah I remember being really disappointed when it finally came in the mail. Freeze dried plankton basically. If you turned the lights off and then back on they would swim in circles but that was about as exciting as it got

Still a better deal than these shocks though

 

Wallmart is keeping their word. I had opened a dispute with paypal and it prevented them from processing a refund. The email is legit, it's from wallmart and not relayed via 3rd party.

Email help@wallmart.com and include your order number.

 

Huh, maybe I shoulda just disputed with them instead of PayPal

 

I just got another email from wallmart, saying 24-48hrs to get the refund processed. PayPal said it MIGHT be resolved by the 8th.

I'd definitely give wallmart a chance to fix it.

 

So.. UPS will send you blank shipping labels for free if you have a shipping account with them. I used to request a few hundred at a time, 3-400. Totally free, they shipped it for free.

That’s probably why they use them, doesn’t cost a thing.

No, it was a letter saying it was delayed

 

Looks like TPM also has an Amazon store.

 

Let's see if there is an actual company at the address listed on the box. I emailed the company who owns the building. They rent out warehouse space, maybe it's a totally fake company.

Nah, seems like the people who bought expected this. I wouldn’t have bothered, saves me any aggravation and hassle with PayPal/CC company.

edit: the letter that was sent was hilarious, to me at least.

 

@MattJakobs hopefully it’s not too much of a hassle getting a refund for all 10 that you ordered!
