    Without trying to offend anyone.. I don't understand why you need anything other than your hands to pull pork.

    A target IT of 204F and they literally fall apart in your hands. The bone will pull clean and there's a few pieces of fat that need to be removed, but otherwise.. a quick run through with your gloved hands is all it really should take.

    It’s usually a case of don’t have heat gloves on. A temp of 204 against the skin can be uncomfortable.
