    Good morning Whatever people
My back issues always come from doing something completely random. Last time it was reaching for my coffee mug up high and pinched a nerve and couldn't turn my head for a few days. I drove into work like an asshat and after taking enough pills to calm it drove my ass back home.

One time I had majorly jacked up my neck and back (don't quite remember how) so @Twizted helps me into the bathtub to try and soak it out. Well unfortunately he left to run and errand and I couldn't get out on my own and was stuck until he returned. Thankfully it wasn't horribly long but I am pretty sure I came close to having a full meltdown with the tub contemplating how I would get out without injuring myself further. Ugggh.

Guaranteed the next time will be another stupid story. My body and I are not always friends.

Obviously it wasn't traumatizing enough for you but you try getting stuck in a bathtub contemplating life and how long the hot water will last.
