    Hey, I've always told my techs that if the critical or necessary is done, and done well, they're welcome to GTFO or work on their own projects. Especially on a Friday. We already spend a god-awful amount of time with one another at work and away from our families. If they can spend a few extra hours a week with their families, or doing whatever they do when they aren't at work, go for it.
