    Hahaha replaced the shitty fence that was falling down. I could have paid off my entire mortgage which would have helped big time during this. Hindsight is 20/20 and I doubled my money each time I invested in them and reinvested it into my house, so good moves overall!

    I just took on a wasp nest on the side of the house with probably 50 wasps, with a hose and flip flops. If anyone wants a nice adrenaline rush, give this a try.

    Update: After about 10 rounds, they keep coming back, actually chasing me into the house at this point. I shouldn't have cheaped out on the multiple pest control people who have knocked on the door.

    So I just did what a guy should never do... Looked at the "could have been"... I sold on January 6 of this year most of my individual stock holdings, and moved over to a mutual fund type of holdings structure to free up my time to pursue other things. Here's the holdings at that time:
    • MSFT - $158.56 then - $204.45 now
    • MA - $299.56 then - $311.21 now (not nearly the mover I thought it would be)
    • V - $188.60 then - $197.83 now
    • PYPL - $109.09 then - $173.68 now
    • AMZN - $1895.30 then - $2992.75 now (biggest DOH! of them all for me - I had a bunch of $$ in here)
    • BA - $330.05 then - $178.45 now (dodged bullet)
    • SQ - $62.10 then - $122.60 now
    • DIS - $144.87 then - $117.59 now
    • AAPL - $299.34 then - $372.36 now
    • AMT - $228.25 then - $255.73 now
    • CRM - $171.04 then - $228.25 now
    • HD - $218.70 then - $262.64 now

    Oh I'm not saying that it did worse per se. Everything has just sort of floundered around as is to be expected.

    The AMZN, SQ, and MSFT were large positions which would have made for some serious swings. I was fortunate that the ones the dropped were smaller positions. It was just interesting to go and get lost in the weeds with numbers. Overall... I think I am up a little less than I would have been, but not substantially.

    I do the same, if I get out of a position for whatever reason, I always see that it went up. Sometimes I forget to compare it to where the money went into, which is probably close to a wash most times. As long as the money stayed in the market, it probably did ok.

    Speaking of dividends, think I’m getting into WPC. 6% now, after recovery should be 4-5%, and they have a great history of dividend increases. So once my money is in, shouldn’t be long before they cut it :hattip:

    That's why I'm in SPHD, by definition, they eliminate the dividend cutters. It's a lot less worry than my individual holdings.
