I think DC fights smarter this time and grinds him down and either gets a hard earned decision or maybe grinds him down enough to stop him very late, but he has to be smart because we all know Stipe is one tough dude.

DC has grown on me over the years. I wouldn't mind seeing him go out with a W and the belt. That said, I think Stipe takes the trilogy. DC got a little lucky in the first match, and even though he denies it, I think a couple of those eye pokes were intentional. In their second fight, Stipe worked that body like a champ. I see him doing the same this time around. Stipe by TKO.

I'm going for DC all the way!

Oh, right on. I hope he gets the W and works his way up.

Finally went back and watched the main card and my dvr shut off with 2 minutes left in the 5th round. Guess I’ll go an hour over for now on.

I want DC to win. But it's going to be a tight one.

    Anybody bet on fights?

Nope, no bets for me. I've only gambled a handful of times in my life. Been to Vegas once only. You bet?

Well, only once on Usman v Masvidal because the outcome was too obvious. Sort of thrilling to win some change but obv an easy way to ruin.

Penny slots or 1-3 dollar stud poker at the casino a couple of times a year is it for me, never bring more than I can afford to part with and when it's gone I'm not getting any more money. Maybe $5 a month on scratch tickets but I don't keep cashing in and getting more.

Never made any organized bet on sports nor do I think I would unless $20 on Super Bowl squares counts.

I go to vegas a couple times a year. The first thing i do when i walk in the casino is play one game of blackjack for $100. Then i go check into my room. Its my tradition. Lmao.
I have won a lot more than i lost. But i offset that by getting super drunk and loosing thousands on the weekend.

Been there a couple of times, got married in 2005 (yes, planned) and went again a few years ago with my wife, bro in law and niece. I do like blackjack for low stakes too..I'm a disciple of Ken Uston if you know who he is

The same..while he didn't invent it, he did have his own system. He also perfected the idea of the team play concept.

He wrote a few good books that I have, you'd really like it if you're into the game..lot of good stories

There’s Bellator fights tomorrow night on the Paramount channel if you’re interested. I don’t normally follow Bellator but I’m going to start checking them out more.

One Championship is another good one. It’s full of killers. Too bad their fights are at like 6am.

I like Bellator. Ive always dreamed one day UFC can team with one of these organizations once a year to put the champions against each other. Will never happen but imagine how dope that would be.

This will be a good chess match. They know each other in terms of style. It’s going to come down to who’s going to make a mistake and /or stray from the their tactics. I think Stipe keeps the belt.

Sometimes I wonder how much people win betting on the underdog and the underdog winning (i.e. Holms vs Rousey).

I agree. I would love DCto win but if the fight goes a long way I think DC gasses out. I wonder if he will try to takedown and grind Stipe.

looking forward to Bandejas vs Pettis. Bandejas is one of the best bantamweights outside of the ufc imo.
