I’d go back to one of the betas. 19800 (Base) or 19770 (performance). Send me your email via pm if you need a copy.

 

I still have 19800. Kind of sucks because 19800 did not get the mileage I am currently getting.

 

Send me the same thing in 4.88 91 if you have it please

 

Sent you what I had on my phone. No 4.88 specific tunes. But won’t hurt anything to try.

 

Has @OVTune said anything about this release and why it seems like A LOT of users on 04b04 are reporting weird issues and performance?

 

not that I have seen. 1.05 was good. No pinging. Decent mileage. Still shifted into 4th way to soon. 2.0 19800 had so so mileage but pinging when downshifting.

 

I got pinging when switching from factory 04B02 to 04B04. I've used 91 octane and OVTUNE since and no pings.

 

04B04 newest 2.0 4.88 33 91 octane works fine for me. No weirdness for me... I just want to have backup files

I don't think there's any weirdness with mine, but it's pretty underwhelming. It just feels stock to me. Especially with all the shifting

Not liking 91 33 4.88 thx. Just tuned to 91 33 4.88 will give that a try for a couple weeks if that doesn't work to my liking i will switch back to 19800. Is 19770 a gear lock tune?

 

I wish he just fixed the stumble start on the last 2.0 with gear lock that tune worked great for me!

 

Same, where did thx even come from? Was that a common complaint?

 

Question, Do you log or monitor the shifting?
What I see is vvt is going from 50° to 20° in 3rd, sounding like a shift.

 

Verrrry interesting. I would've never considered that. Does that coincide with TC lockup?

Yes 19770 has gear lock. S+ECT.
