I don't disagree one bit, the problem is now the FBI is involved the crap will hit the fan. They are going after the financial records of Cecil Newtons church that was about to be condemned and was suddenly brought up to code after 2 years. It may just be a coincidence but from the outside it doesn't look good. I am sure the compliance people at Auburn are good but I doubt they or the compliance people at any other school can track everyone ( family, friends ect..). If he did get money MSU is BONED but then again Cam could be screwed too if you read what the NCAA says.. Crazy that he could get ruled ineligible because his Dad got greedy assuming any of it is true.

It has been reported that the FBI is interviewing Bond next week. They are getting involved due to agents shopping kids. That's the only thing I've heard about it (haven't heard anything on them interviewing Cecil). The Newton's did turn over their financial records (Cam's, Cecil's, and the church) to the NCAA in September.

As far as the Cecil's church, the article below is from Sept 2009. Auburn did not offer Cam a scholarship until Dec 20, 2009.

I actually called that. I told everyone I'm watching it with to watchfor an onside kick. Georgia played a heck of a first half. We've played basically everyone tough this year...we just couldn't finish it.

That Fairly Guy...#90 for Auburn took some cheap shots on Murray that weren't called. Finally got one when he drove his head into Murray's back.

Oh well...onto Tech. I'll probably be at that game. We gotta have it to make a bowl game. We should be good next year after murraay has a whole year of experience.

Hokie: literal definition -'an emasculated turkey.' Also a made up word with no meaning that became the Virginia Tech mascot.

    An emasculated Turkey? Wtf?
