Too many to list, and I've probably forgotten a bunch.
Between the fire, the lightning strikes, and the downpours, it was quite the day.

I was just on the east side of 580 for an appointment, watching the aerial circus. Impressive how they can maneuver a DC-10 with a load of retardant.

The rain was quite the welcome sight. For about 10 minutes we had torrential downpours at my place. Swept a couple trash cans down and the water was starting to flood the street. Bit of hail too

Suppose to have scattered thunderstorms later today as well.

Possibly more intense than yesterday, according to the boys at SPC and the latest model runs.

I was playing with the new trailer, left the tacoma loaded and took the kids to jits...

Apparently I left the windows down. I'll avoid that mistake today.

In my pain med induced frustration that I can't get out while I'm on the mend I ordered an RC crawler. Any decent hobby shops in Reno that I can pick up a battery for a Traxxas TRX-4?

There used to be one by the GSR but I think it's gone. I think Whip It Rc Raceway and Hobby is the only one left. It's just south of golden valley on 1005 standard st

I used to frequent the one on wells that I believe moved over by GSR. Bummer to hear they closed. I haven't messed with my RC in a couple years :(

How about the trucks that wedged themselves across 80 at lockwood two evenings in a row. Pretty impressive. What a shitshow.

Something happened late afternoon yesterday on 395 South near the spaghetti bowl yesterday. Saw the south bound side start to backup but didn't see what the reasoning was. Just glad I was leaving town and not heading in.

Currently getting massive gusts down here in the south end. One of the only reasons I'm happy to live in a suburb with homes so close and fences everywhere is it keeps a lot of the wind from doing too much damage. I'd be sad if I lost my BBQ

O man. I wish you the best of luck. My buddy and I were searching for a battery for his TRX-4 and eventually had to go the ebay route. Nobody in town nor online had any last month but maybe stock has changed! I had to order mine from some shop in Lake Elsanor way down south.

Yeah. That's what it seems. Ordered one off Amazon on Sunday and have a tracking number but it still hasn't shipped and when I was searching last yesterday I couldn't find anything in stock but found a shop that lists them as back ordered until Friday so I went ahead and ordered a second battery from them. We'll see which one gets here first.

*edit - the tracking number from the first battery I ordered was updated this morning...it's on the way from Elsinore*

I haven’t ridden my dirt bike once this year yet. Finally got off my ass and installed the clutch kit I’ve had sitting around for a couple years and did an oil/coolant change. Now I have the bike bug again so I also ordered a little rear rack and a new rear shock. Need to start getting out more on it we live in way too good of an area for riding to let it sit.

The only other things I want to do to it is an aftermarket seat and then do Racetech gold valve kit and springs in the front forks.

We are doing some relandscaping and I have the approval for a 100ft trail. It'll have a creek crossing too :D

I had a smaller, but pretty sweet course at my last house with a sweet rock garden. My buddy and I used to sit and do timed lap competitions for hours. So much fun!
