    I recommend NOT buying from Running for Tacos due to the Mickey Mouse way the run their operation.
    I ordered a set of Meso Customs Puddle Pods they said they had in stock. They took the money from me without issue. Waited a month for the shipment that never showed up. Called them and the twit on their end told me I’d. Have to file a lost/stolen claim with USPS.

    I told Running for Tacos that I paid for yet never received the product and they owed me. It is their issue to sort out the USPS claim not mine.

    Now almost two months after paying for the pods and shipping I still have to product. They also don’t have a phone service so you can only communicate by email.

    I asked them to ship it Fedex or UPS instead of USPS. Finally this morning I get an email saying my product is shipped today USPS ( two months after paying for it)

    I email right away as they have no phone to ask them to express it to me so I don’t sit for two more months. Instead they refund my card and cancel my order.

    Worst run piece of crap operation I’ve used in memory.

    How did they cancel the order if they already shipped it out?

    I think it's normal that you have to call the shipping carrier yourself when the package is lost. I've had companies call them for me because they were nice, and others who didnt.

    It’s not normal in my company or any company to throw the responsibility on the buyer for product not delivered.

    Running for Taco has the contract and I paid for the shipping with no other option offered. It’s their responsibility to get the product to the customer. I paid the product supplier for the serotonin my door. They didn’t live up to that promise so why is it the customers job to try and recover the money from their third party supplier?

    Sending a shipping notice tells you a shipping label is processed but maybe not picked up by the shipping service yet.

    it just proves any clown can set up an online store even if the can’t run a one house paper route.

    No opinion one way or another here but contact @MESO directly. He has incredible customer service and at a minimum would want to know about how his third party vendors are treating his customers.

    Same here, I'm neutral on this.

    The company didnt have to call usps for the customer. But it would be nice of them to though.

    If what the OP is saying is accurate, I gotta roll with his side. I probably wouldn't start a thread perhaps, but I would be very irritated after 2 months also.

    I also believe Meso should be contacted just to give him a heads up about the vendor. The bottom line is that if it was YOUR money and YOU had ordered this product and it had been 2 months, how would YOU respond?

    OP is correct. Only the seller can file the claim for a undelivered item.

    If the tracking shows delivered, it then becomes the buyer's responsibility to file the claim.

    I will now only deal directly with Meso Customs. These guys won’t even answer the phone . Not the type of place I’ll purchase from with far better options available.​
