I haven't been to a doctor yet, it has eased off a little unless I move a certain way. If it isn't any better by Monday I'll see if I can get in a doctors office.

 

Definitely sooner than later. I don't fuck around with back pain after an incident put me in the most paralyzing pain I've ever experienced.

 

Yeah it hasn't been this bad in a long time, my son ask me why I was crying lastnight after I finally got up off the couch.

you having any shooting pain down either leg or any numbness/tingling in feet or legs? These are symptoms that should make you see a Dr sooner than later.

 

No numbness or tingling anywhere, it just catches if I move a certain way right now.

That's one reason I'm not wanting to go to a doctor, my dad has had 8 back operations and has degenerative disc disease, and I've got 3 bulging disc in my neck
He can hardly walk and they told him there's nothing they can do for him at this point.

 

I used to walk on my dads back when I was younger, he said it helped it.

 

Living the dream I suppose. Not mine though. Never remember a sauna in any of my dreams...

My sister and I used to walk on each others backs when we were younger. Now she's lucky and I just give a massage instead of crushing her will to live.

Depending on what level in your low back is involved, if it's due to impingement you could potentially develop symptoms much worse than pain. My last two surgeries were considered emergent because I developed symptoms that included ED and saddle numbness. Scary shit.
