    Will do. I did a pork belly last cook. Scored both sides and used pendrys Cajun seasoning on both sides. Smoked it till ready. Let it cool then slice slightly heat in skillet and load a biscuit. Was great

    I'm sure I have been teasing the genetic predisposition to come strike!!! Gotta get serious about getting active and back in shape...recent heat and firewood rounds/split stacks having to be moved for tree clearing at the end of the month.

    CV and a soon-to-be 7 month old baby haven't helped AT ALL, but I thanked the coworker who brought in the dozen!
