Why change the valving? Ryan over their said changing spring rate doesnt really have anything to do with how the shock reacts

Hmm? I’m talking about my rear shocks in case that wasn’t clear. They have some random universal off the shelf stack in there. I want one designed specifically for my truck and how I drive the truck.

Because this is half the cost and I’d rather do this first.

thats pretty impressive though. I had way more room to work with on the inside of the tube on my bumper and it looks like crap.

I’m saying my ass end doesn’t absorb bumps on the road well at all. There is a very pronounced difference between my front which soaks it up, and the rear which is a little jarring. So I’m going to use this as an opportunity to get new leafs and get my shocks tuned exactly how I want them.

Thanks, having the 240v definitely helps when there’s a gross amount of stick out. Turning up the heat helps it burn a little better.

Accutune replied and said 1-2 weeks and $100 per shock for a tune, plus shipping both ways. I can fuck with that.

I wonder if you fill their sheet out if they'll spec a stack for you and you could do it yourself?

No, I asked them before if they’ll just sell a stack and they killed that idea.

You should ask them if you need to fill out their measurement sheet before you send them in. I pulled mine off the truck, then had to put them back on to measure then take them back off.
