You can. Or you can use both sides. I mean driver and passenger sides.

    Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PGLK9CD/

I have seen those on Tacomas on the road all the time. Seems like they have no problems with those. I am planning to get those and I plan to get aftermarket bumper sometime maybe next year depends what I have added between now and then.

That does seem sketch. I'd rather use that tow point than tie something to my lower rad support. Seem SO much more flimsy and never would I want to pull on it. Also most skid plates mount there no? Seems like it would interfere with most skids (aftermarket at least)

EDIT - the stock ones are on the same thing I guess....but at least over at the ends where the meat is.

EDIT AGAIN: These or something like this is ideal - ties back well to frame: https://www.roadrunneroffroad.com.au/rp-pra150-hd-tow-point-toyota-prado-150-pair

I've never seen either of these solutions. I've been pulled out and winched out by the stock OR tow hook, did just fine.

    Or, don't get stuck.

    Not getting stuck is ideal.
That first options seems sketchy AF. Hard no for me. Like Ryan says, stock tow hooks should work just fine

    Yes.

If you see hook under your truck, then you have it.

I was wrong for saying driver side. I have it on pass side.
