welcome and say goodbye to your savings account. Mine started life as a pristine second gen, now it’s a barely recognizable rolling hunk of welded metal

Can confirm. I was surprised at the year. Not because it looks bad or anything, just the amount of aftermarket things done to it for the year

Ha I'd be more than willing to help but I'm moving across the country in a week.

Looks like a good spot to the left of and rear of the house though can't tell how level it is. Probably be able to run power to it pretty easily.

Are you planning on a hard structure or just a shell like aluminum?

Hmmm. That's not what I wanted to see at all. A few weeks ago I saw some oil weeping somewhere, but didn't have a chance to pinpoint the cause and figured it was from my last (dealer) oil change.

But, not I've got a noticeable leak out of the front diff, driver's side. I had MULE do ECGS bushing last year, so worried it might be tied to that. Any ideas on the culprit? CV/Axle seal?

yeah thats an axle seal. not hard to change out. hardest part is getting something decent to install the new seal without destroying it

I guess I haven't seen that be a common issue before... is it fairly common on these 3rd gens? Does it mean I need to do a new ECGS bushing as part of it? It's pretty low mileage, only ~15K and 3 years old, so I'm guessing it has to do with the bushing swap?

Any reason to be concerned some yet-undiscovered front diff damage caused it. to start leaking? It spends most of its time in two wheel on forest service roads, and had a 4wheel encounter a few weeks ago.
