    10/10 would not recommend lol wasn’t as much of a heavy thing either but just a intensity thing. The moment the workout was done it was like :puke:

    I am using the "Bodyweight Fitness" app from the google play store. It is free. Made by Damian Mazurkiewiewicz. It is a simple app but it works and it creates a log. There is a small learning curve but I think its good for me for now.

    That's the best way to take it lol I use to take mine like that but I don't use pre-workout anymore.

    I hate taking time off.

    I had 3 days off from running this week and 9 days off from lifting between funerals and vacation.

    I felt like a new born girraffe taking its first steps this morning on my run and this evening at the gym was not my best.

    But I’m glad I have that shit out of my system and no scheduled rest days between now and Nov 18th.

    Half marathon scheduled for tomorrow. Gonna be my hubs first half distance :rolleyes:

    I tried the Mr Hyde non stim pre and it's been pretty good for pumps. Only doing 1 scoop and I get my stim from a smaller stim pre. Few days this week I didn't bother with the stim shit tho. Been good so far, 3 days.

    Prekaged. IMO has the best flavor out of any of them but they recommend you take it 15 to 30 minutes before a workout to get the full effect. Which just means drink it on the way and after a couple warm up sets you’ll be good.


    As for a high stim one, 7th gear from Axe and Sledge has been my favorite in terms of taste and kick.
